烟草类纤维在接装纸上的应用

摘　　要：烟草类纤维在接装纸上的应用能够突出卷烟的外观特征,且对接装原纸能够起到防伪作用。烟梗及烟叶碎片的制浆实验结果表明,烟梗制浆条件为温度70℃,蒸煮时间40min;烟叶碎片制浆条件为50℃,蒸煮时间20min;针叶木浆打浆度80°SR,阔叶木浆打浆度45°SR时,手抄片强度最高;在针叶木浆料比例不变的情况下,随着烟草纤维用量的增加,手抄片物理强度逐渐降低,其中烟草纤维比例由5%增至10%时,手抄片强度降低较大。The paper appearance characteristics is significant with the application of the tobacco tiber. The tobacco fiber characteristics appearance is playing the security role. According to the pulping of tobacco stems and tobacco leaves, the results show that the tobacco stems pulping conditions is the temperature of 70℃ and 40 minutes of cooking time, tobacco leaves pulping conditions is 50℃ and 20 minutes of cooking time; when the softwood pulp beating degree is 80°SR and hardwood pulp beating degree of is 45°SR, the handsheet strength reach the higher number; handsheets physical strength decreases gradually with the increase in the amount of tobacco fibers, in the case of the same proportion of softwood pulp material. Especially proportion of tobacco fiber increasing from 5% to 10%, the strength of handsheets decrease.
