摘  要:采用非水电导滴定法是测定木素上酚羟基和羧基等功能基的较可靠方法,具有简便、准确的优点,并且通过一次滴定,可以同时测出木素中酚羟基和羧基的含量,因而大大提高效率。本文以芦苇乙醇木素为原料,通过苯酚改性增加木素上酚羟基的含量,采用非水电导滴定法加以定量,详细介绍了该方法的测定步骤,并得到了滴定曲线,为快速准确测定其他种类木素上羟基、羧基含量提供借鉴。The non-aqueous electric conductivity titration method is a more reliable method for determination of lignin phenolic hydroxyl and carboxyl functional groups. It have the advantages of simple, accurate, and through a titration the content of lignin phenolic hydroxyl and carboxyl can be measured at the same time, thus greatly improving the efficiency. Reed ethanol lignin materials were submit to phenol-modified to increase the content of phenolic hydroxyl groups on the lignin, using of non-aqueous conductivity titration to quantify. Describes in detail the steps of the method of determination, and a titration curve is obtained to provide reference for the fast and accurate determination of other types oflignin on the hydroxyl and carboxyl content.
