摘 要:动态观察噻环乙胺对大鼠不同脑区内源性H2S浓度的影响,以探讨其是否参与噻环乙胺全麻过程。选取SD大鼠84只,随机分为对照组和高、低剂量组(腹腔注射噻环乙胺60mg/kg体重、30mg/kg体重),每个剂量组又分为麻醉组、恢复Ⅰ组和恢复Ⅱ组等3个亚组。在相应的时期断头取脑,分离各部分脑区,测定脑内H2S浓度。结果表明,内源性H2S可能参与了噻环乙胺麻醉过程,在大脑皮层、中脑、海马表现出剂量依赖性,且与大鼠行为学变化具有一定的相关性。To explain whether endogenous dynamic effects of tiletamine on Hz S content in HzS is involved in tiletamine anesthesia by observing the different brain regions of rats, 84 SD rats were randomly divided into control group, high dose group (ip tilelamine 60 mg/kg) and low dose group (ip tilelamine.30 mg/kg). Each group was divided into three subgroups of maintenance of anesthesia, recovery from anesthesia Ⅰ and recovery from anesthesia Ⅱ , according to their anesthesia state. The brains were removed and various parts of brain regions were separated in the corresponding period, the contents of H2S in different brain regions of rats were measured by spectrophotometry. The results suggest that endogenous Hz S may be involved in tiletamine anesthesia process and show dose-dependeney in the regions of the eere- bral cortex, midbrain, hippocampus, it has some correlation with the behavioral changes of rats.
