中西合剂防治小鼠实验性缓慢葡萄球菌病的研究

摘  要:为研制防治缓慢葡萄球菌病的药物制剂。将鸭脚树叶提取物和青霉素进行配伍,以体外抑制缓慢葡萄球菌(S.lentus)的最佳组合组成鸭脚树叶提取物和青霉素中西合剂,应用于人工感染S.lentus的小鼠作治疗及预防保护试验。鸭脚树叶提取物和青霉素中西合剂的治疗剂量为50mg/kg体重时,小鼠死亡率为18.2%,感染对照组的死亡率为66.7%;鸭脚树叶提取物和青霉素中西合剂的预防剂量为40mg/kg体重时,小鼠死亡率为9.1%,感染对照组的死亡率为63.6%。鸭脚树叶提取物和青霉素中西合剂对缓慢葡萄球菌病具有明显的防治作用。The preventive effect of Chinese herbal medicine combined with Western medicine on experimental S. lentus diseases was detected. The compatibility of the extraction of Alstonia scholaris and peni- cillin against S. lentus was optimizated in vitro and compound was applied for treating the mouse infected with S. lentus artificially and prevention trial. The results showed that the mortality was 18.2% when the dosage of the mixture was 50 mg/kg, while the mortality of the control group was 66.7% . The mortality was 9.1% when the dosage of the mixture was 40 mg/kg, while the mortality of the control group was 63. 6%. The Chinese herb medicine and Western medicine mixture has obvious effects in the treatment of experimental S. lentus diseases.
