摘　　要：从压力容器不圆度引起周向附加弯曲应力出发 ,推导出检测和控制不圆度值的方法 ,使其达到其安全工作的目的 。This paper demonstrate the way how to measure and control D max -D min  of the pressure cylinder for its safe working,which is started with the circular additional bend stress which is caused by the non circularity of the pressure cylinder,then it points out a new method of controlling strength of the pressure cylinder.
