摘 要:为探讨传统中药煎剂与免煎颗粒剂有效成分和药理效应上的差异,本研究利用回流提取(浓缩)机组制备了鱼腥草原药浓缩液,同时利用喷雾干燥机将部分原药浓缩液制备成了干粉;并对鱼腥草两种不同剂型中槲皮素的含量进行测定和二者体外抑菌效果的观察。通过试验发现,鱼腥草原药浓缩液与喷雾干燥粉中的槲皮素含量无统计学上的差异,而在体外抑菌试验中,鱼腥草原药浓缩液对大肠杆菌、沙门菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的最小抑菌浓度均低于喷雾干燥粉。In order to study the difference between the traditional Chinese medicine decoction and free decoction granules with content of effective components and effectiveness from Houttuynia cordata as the index. The research have used the reflux extraction (concentration) plant to prepare the concentrate liquid from Houttuynia cordata and have used the stream spraying drier to prepare the powder from the concentrate liquid, then we have analyzed the content of quercetin and the bacteriostatic effect under difference form of the drug. The results show that the content of quercetin have no difference on the level of statistics. But in the bacteriostatic experiment, we have found the bacteriostatic effect of concentrate liquid from Houttuynia cordata was better than the spray dried powder against the escherichia coli, salmonella and staphylococcus aureus.
