摘　　要：随着各种新型移动终端与Internet互连,已经形成了一个广泛的移动互联网。移动互联网的发展在改变人们生活的同时,移动互联网犯罪现象也愈演愈烈。文章介绍了新时期移动互联网犯罪的概念和产生原因,分析了新时期移动互联网犯罪的特点,总结了新时期移动互联网犯罪的表现形式,提出了针对新时期移动互联网犯罪的几点防范措施。Because a lot of new mobile terminals interconnect with Internet, it has formed a wide range of mobile Internet.While the development of the mobile Internet is changing people＇s lives, mobile Internet crime is enhancing gradually during the new period. This paper introduces the concept and the causes of mobile Intemet crime during the new period, analyzes the characteristics of mobile Interact crime ,summarizes the form of mobile Intemet crime, and proposes some new preventive measures pointing at mobile Interact crime.
