乳痛消浸膏对实验性乳腺增生的作用

摘　　要：观察乳痛消浸膏对实验性大鼠乳腺增生病的作用。方法:制备大鼠乳腺增生模型,灌胃给予乳痛消,观察功能学、血液流变学、组织细胞学变化和性激素水平变化。结果:乳痛消(1.35g生药/kg～5.40 g生药/kg)能明显改善大鼠乳腺组织增生性病理形态学变化,使乳腺腺泡直径和腺泡数明显减少,乳头高度和乳头直径明显减小,同时全血粘度明显降低,血清孕酮、雌二醇水平明显降低。结论:乳痛消对试验性乳腺增生病有明显作用。Objective： To study the the therapeutic effect of Rutongan tablets on hyperplasia of mammary gland in rats.Methods： Rutongan tablets were givern to hyperplasia model of rats by per oral.The changes of mammary histocytes,function,hemorrheology and sex hormone were abserved.Results： Rutongan tablets could mend hyperplastic pathologic changes.It can reduce the gland alveolus diameter,gland alveolus number,diameter and height of nipple.Meanwhile the serum estrogen and progesterone level,blood viscosity were decreased（P0.01）.Conclusion： Rutongan tablets possessed significant therapeutic effects on hyperplasia of mammary gland.
