柴附冲剂治疗气滞血瘀型黄褐斑及对MDA、LPO和SOD水平的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察柴附冲剂对气滞血瘀型黄褐斑患者的疗效及其对丙二醛(MDA)、脂质过氧化物(LPO)、超氧化物岐化酶(SOD)水平的影响。方法:将69例气滞血瘀型黄褐斑患者随机分为治疗组与对照组,治疗组给予柴附冲剂每日2次,每次1袋。对照组给予维生素C,每次0.3 g,每天3次;维生素E胶丸,每次0.2 g,每天2次。两组均以1个月为1个疗程,连续治疗2个疗程后进行疗效判定。两组治疗前后采用硫代巴比妥酸比色法检测血清MDA及LPO水平,采用黄嘌呤氧化酶法检测SOD,并观察疗效。结果:治疗组有效率85.7%,对照组有效率53.0%(P<0.05);且治疗组复发率6.7%低于对照组38.9%(P<0.05)。黄褐斑患者血清LPO及MDA水平较模型组明显升高(P<0.01),而SOD水平明显降低(P<0.01),柴附冲剂能显著降低患者血清中过高的LPO和MDA,升高SOD水平(P<0.01)。结论:柴附冲剂对气滞血瘀型黄褐斑具有良好的疗效,调节MDA、LPO及SOD的血清水平可能是其作用机制。Objective： To research therapeutic effect of Chaifu Granule（CFG）on Qi-stagnation induced blood-stasis（QSBS） ehloasma and its impact on malon dialdehyde（MDA）,Lipid peroxidation（LPO）,and,superoxide dismutase（SOD）levels.Methods ：Arandomized,eontrolled trial was condueted by 69 patients with QSBS of ehloasma classified into two groups.The patients of treated group（n=35）were treated by chinese medicine while the patients of controlled groups（n=34） were treated by vitamin C and E.A month was a course of the treatment.Therapeutic effect was observed after 2 courses of continuous treatment.and the serum levels of MDA and LPO in patients were measured by thiobarbituric acid colorimetry and the serum levels of SOD in patients were measured by xanthine oxidase method before and after treatment,and were compared with those in normal subjects.Results： The therapeutic effects of treatment group were better in effective rate（85.7% vs 53.0%） and lower in there currentrate（6.7 % vs 37.9%） than those of contral groups（all P0.05）.Serum levels of LPO and MDA,in patients were higher than those innormal subjects（P0.01）,which SOD in patients were lower than those innormal subjects（P0.01） and LPO 、MDA could be significantly reduced and SOD could be significantly raised after CFG treatment（P0.01）.Conclusion： CFG has favorite effect for treatment of QSBS ehloasma,its regulation on serum levels o f MDA,LPO and SOD may be the mechanism of action.
