摘  要:目的旨在探讨高频超声在早期诊断臀纹不对称婴儿发育性髋关节异常(DDH)中的应用价值。方法对我院临床发现臀纹不对称0~8个月617例婴儿进行高频超声检查。采用Graf静态超声波髋关节检查方法并按简化分类标准对筛查结果进行统计分析。结果超声诊断正常髋关节344例,占55.75%,髋关节不稳定194例,占31.44%,DDH 79例,占12.80%。计算正常髋关节、髋关节不稳定、DDH婴儿的超声诊断与X线诊断符合率分别为100%、96.67%、100%。结论高频超声早期诊断臀纹不对称婴儿DDH安全有效,且在DDH治疗中具有指导意义。Objective To investigate the high-frequency ultrasound in the early diagnosis of hip pattern asymme-try infant development Abnormal of the hip (DDH) in value. Methods 617 infants(0-8months) found hip pattern a-symmetry in our hospital were examine with high-frequency ultrasound. Graf static ultrasound hip check method and press simplify the classification criteria for statistical analysis of screening. Results Ultrasound diagnosis of normal hip joint 344 cases, accounting for 55.75%, of hip instability 194 cases, accounting for 31.44%, 79 cases of DDH in-fants, accounting for 12.80%. compared with X-ray the rate of normal hip, hip instability and DDH ultrasound diag-nosis was 100%, 96.67%, and 100%. Conclusions The high-frequency ultrasound in early diagnose of hip the pat-tern asymmetry infant DDH is safe and effect, and guiding significance in DDH treatment.
