摘 要:针对国产9Ni钢,对其进行焊接及热处理工艺制定。采用多层多道手工电弧焊,焊条为ENiCrMo-3,焊前不预热且严格控制层间温度;选择双相区处理工艺。通过高低温拉伸试验、低温冲击试验、硬度测试及金相组织观察检测焊接接头性能。结果表明,9Ni钢接头低温冲击韧性和抗拉强度均满足要求,对其制定的焊接和热处理工艺切实可行。The welding and heat treatment process of the 9% Ni steel were investigated. SMAW was employed as the joining technique and ENiCrMo?3 as the welding material. Multi?pass welding and low inter-pass temperature were also applied as well as the QLT(quenching+intercritical quenching+tempering)heat treatment process. The welded joints were investigated by high and low temperature tensile test,low temperature impact test,hardness test and optical microscope. The results show that the impact toughness and tensile strength meet the requirement,which proves that the welding and heat treatment process are feasible and practical.
