摘　　要：临床上阑尾的变异与畸形较多见,但阑尾腔的解剖畸形却鲜见报道.阑尾的变异与畸形比较复杂,而阑尾腔的解剖畸形与阑尾炎的发生是否存在直接联系还没有定论,临床工作中可对阑尾腔的解剖畸形多加关注,或许可以找到其中的联系.Although appendiceal variations and abnormalities are clinically common, malformation of the appendiceal cavity is rare. Since appendiceal variations and abnormalities are complicated, a direct link between malformation of the appendiceal cavity and the occurrence of appendicitis has not yet been established. Here we report a case of phlegmonous appendicitis with appendiceal cavity malformation in a 36-year-old man
