摘　　要：本案新学校是港口城市汉堡的首座公共建筑，坐落于Sandtor公园，四周分布着办公楼与住宅开发项目。这座“混合”的建筑中包含了寓所、一所／J、学、一个日托中心和一个托儿所，一共可容纳330名3个月到12岁的孩子。这座综合建筑包括五层的学校与日托中心、七层的住宅楼，最下面的两层为托儿所。幼儿园的房间被安排在只有一层的连接结构中，东面就是一个小型的操场。一层中间部分的屋顶为托儿所的孩子们提供了一处室外娱乐场地，孩子们可以从二层直接到达这里。The new school, the first public building in the Harbour City of Hamburg, is situated at Sandtorpark and is surrounded by office and housing developments. This ＂hybrid＂ structure unites dwellings with, a primary school, a day-care centre and a nursery for a total of 330 children ranging in age from three months to 12 years. The complex consists of the five-storey school building with day-care facilities, and a seven-storey housing block, on the lowest two storeys of which is the nursery.
