摘 要:为了给花键轴在制造业中的庞大需求量提供有效的解决途径,分析了传统花键轴增量式滚轧成形工艺的特点,并利用DEFORM-3D软件和Johnson-Cook(J-C)材料模型建立了其对应的有限元模型.从数值模拟和理论分析了传统工艺中容易出现的分齿不均、乱齿及齿形材料折叠等工艺缺陷,进而提出一种花键轴动力增量式滚轧成形工艺,并验证了该改进工艺的可行性.研究表明,花键轴动力增量式滚轧工艺解决了传统工艺中容易出现的分齿不均、乱齿及齿形材料折叠等工艺缺陷,且成形的花键轴齿数准确,齿廓清晰、饱满.To provide an effective solution to the huge demand of spline shaft in manufacturing,the characteristic of traditional incremental rolling forming process of spline shaft is analyzed based on DEFORM-3D software and Johnson-Cook(J-C) material model.The common process defects of the traditional process such as uneven tooth forming,disorderly teeth and folded tooth material are investigated,a power-type incremental rolling forming process of spline shaft is put forward and its feasibility is verified.The results show that the common process defects of the traditional process can be effectively solved when the power-type incremental rolling forming process of spline shaft is adopted,the tooth number of the formed spline shaft is accurate,and the formed tooth profile is clear and full.
