马氏珠母贝遗传多样性的RAPD分析

摘　　要：采用 OPM组 2 0个碱基随机引物对海南三亚 (SY) ,海南洋浦港 (YP) ,广西涠洲岛 (WZ)的 3个天然群体和广东雷州人工养殖群体 (L Z)的马氏珠母贝进行了 RAPD分析 .其群体内的平均遗传相似度 (similarity,S)分别是 0 .5 86 6 ,0 .6 5 14,0 .6 6 6 6 ,0 .715 8,由低到高依次为 SY<YP<WZ<L Z;群体内的遗传变异度 (variability,V)分别是 0 .4134 ,0 .34 86 ,0 .3334 ,0 .2 842 ,大小由高到低依次为 SY>YP>WZ>L Z.结果表示 :天然群体的遗传多样性大于养殖群体的遗传多样性 .The RAPD analysis was used to study the genetic diversity of three natural populations of pinctada martensii Dunker obtained from San Ya,Hai Nan Province(SY),Yang Pu Harbor,Hai Nan Province(YP),Wei Zhou island, Guang Xi Province(WZ) and a cultivated population obtained from Lei Zhou,Guang Dong Province(LZ).The random primer containing 20 nucleotide of M group made in Operom Company was used in this study.The genetic Similarity of each population were 0.586 6,0.651 4,0.666 6, 0.715 8 respectively.and the order from small to big was SY, YP,WZ, LZ. The genetic variability of each population were 0.413 4,0.348 6,0.333 4, 0.284 2 respectively and the order from big to small was SY, YP,WZ, LZ. We can find that the genetic diversity of natural population was more than cultivated population.
