摘 要:以 HPGMR农垦 5 8S为材料 ,研究了光周期处理前、后 Ca2 + /Ca M依赖性蛋白激酶 (Ca2 + /Ca M- PK)活性及其酶谱特征 .结果表明 :随着幼穗的发育 ,Ca2 + /Ca M- PK活性均有提高 ,并且长日照和自然日照条件下的酶活提高程度大大高出短日照处理 .不同时期、不同处理的 Ca2 + /Ca M- PK酶谱带数未见明显差异 ,但在总体上 ,不育植株 (L D和 ND)的酶带弱于可育植株 (SD)The activities and the zymograms of Ca 2+ /CaM dependent protein kinase(Ca 2+ /CaM PK) were studied in the leaves of Hubei Photoperiod sensitive Genic Male sterile Rice Nongken 58S(HPGMR 58S) at the stage of first branch perimordium(Ⅱ) and the stage of the formation of pollen mother cell(Ⅵ) with different photoperiod inductions.The results showed that the Ca 2+ /CaM PK activites appeared to be a change from a low to high level as developing young pancile.Furthermore,the enzyme activites in leaves of 58S were clearly higher in LD and ND than that in SD at the Ⅵ stage.The bands of the zymograms were no significant differece, but only the bands were clearly stronger in SD than in LD and ND.
