摘　　要：研究M/M/ 1排队矩阵Q的特征值的分布状况 ,得到一个谱隙公式 :λ1=2 (a+b) -γ(Q) ,其中a,b>0分别是顾客的到达率和服务率 ,γ(Q)是Q的谱半径 ;并证明了 -Q的特征值 (除 0外 )We study the eigenvalues of Q \|matrix for M/M/1 queueing model,and obtain one spectral gap formula: λ\-1=2(a+b)-γ(Q) , where a,b >0 are the rates of arrival and service of customers respectively, γ(Q) is the spectral radius. Moreover, We find that the eigenvalues of - Q is symmetry on two sides of a+b.
