摘 要:测定了中国小花溲疏组 (Sect.MesodeuntziaSchneid.)内 9种及 6变种的 4 0个形态特征并进行了数量分类分析 ,通过聚类分析、主成分分析和特征性状的相关分析 ,对该组组下等级划分、种的归属及种间亲缘关系作了全面研究 ,结果表明 :( 1 )小花溲疏组可划分为 3个系 ,即小花溲疏系 (Ser.ParvifloraeZaikonn .)、粉红溲疏系 (Ser.RubentesZaikonn.)及伞房溲疏系 (Ser.CorymbosaeZaikonn.) ,小花溲疏系相对较原始 ,伞房溲疏系则相对较进化 .其中 ,粉红溲疏系与伞房溲疏系的亲缘关系较近 .( 2 )主成分特征贡献率的分析表明 ,外轮花丝顶端形状、外轮雄蕊长度、海拔高度、种子长度、种子宽度、内轮雄蕊长度、侧脉与中脉夹角、叶上下表面有无星状毛、内轮花丝顶端以及叶下表面被毛密度等特征对小花溲疏组的系及种的界定具有极其重要的作用 .( 3 )特征相关分析表明 ,叶柄长度、叶片长度与宽度间 ,花序直径与花瓣的长与宽之比值间、植物体各部分的被毛情况间以及内外两轮雄蕊间都具有极大相关性 .随着海拔的升高 ,小花溲疏组的叶形、雄蕊花药着生方式以及雄蕊的顶端开头等形态特征也表现出一些规律性变化 .Based on morphological characters of nine species and six variations, by using the help of the multivariate techniques, e.g.clustering analysis (CA), principal component analysis (PCA), and character correlation analysis (CCA), we discussed the infrasectional rank and interspecific relationships of Sect. Mesodeutzia in China.We found that: (1) The Sect.Mesodeutzia Schneid.of Deutzia can be divided into three series, i.e., Ser.Parviflorae Zaikonn., Ser. Rubentes Zaikonn.and Ser.Corymbosae Zaikonn. Within the section, Ser.Parveflorae is relatively primitive taxon, and Ser. Corymbosae is the most derived one, while Ser.Rubentes lies in between above two series. (2) According to the contribution ratio of the characters in PCA analysis, it is clear that some characters play very important role in segregation those series and species ,for example, the shape of filament apex, stamen length, the elevation, the seed length and width as well as the trichomes. (3) The character correlation analysis suggested that strong correlation among many characters such as correlation between petiole length and leaf size,correlation among trichomes on different parts and the correlation between the inner and outer stamens. With the rise of elevation, some characters like leaf shape, positioning of ancer and shape of filament apex in Sect.Mesodeutzia present some regular changes.
