摘　　要：贾第虫病被列为全世界危害人类健康的十种主要寄生虫病之一,在我国亦普遍流行.但在临床工作中,因认识不足,易延误患者诊治.本文通过报告一例明确诊断贾第虫病患者的临床资料及诊治经过,望提高广大临床医师对该病的重视,拓展临床腹泻患者的诊治思路.Giardiasis is one of ten major parasitic diseases endangering human health around the world, and it is also prevalent in China. Because of in- sufficient awareness, a delay in diagnosis and treatment of this disease is common clinically. Here we report a case of giardiasis to improve the clinician＇s awareness of this disease in the diagnosis and treatment of diarrhea.
