摘　　要：依据物流信息化的特点,分析物流信息化组成因素,建立物流信息化因素集,采用DEMATEL分析方法构建物流信息化因素间关系的分析模型,以反映物流信息化因素间的因果关系和相对重要程度。分析结果表明,信息资源开发利用因素在物流信息化的原因因素中居于重要地位,信息化综合效益因素在物流信息化的结果因素中居于首位。According to the characteristics of logistic informationization, this paper analyzes the composition factors of logistic informationization and establishes its factor collection. The analysis model of the relationship among logistic informationization factors was established by using DEMATEL method, so as to reflect the causality and relative important degree among the factors. The analysis result shows the development ＆ using factor of information resource plays important role on cause factor of logistic informationization, and the informationization comprehensive benefit factor ranks the top on the result factor of logistic informationization.
