摘　　要：城市轨道交通项目在积极推动城市发展的同时,对环境也产生一系列的影响。为了准确评价轨道交通项目对环境的影响,在全寿命过程、项目工程活动和环境影响因素3个维度进行考量。通过对三维指标进行二级细化,并结合专家评分模型,为城市轨道交通项目提供环境影响三维有效组合分析,从而减少不必要的环境影响分析工作,提高城市轨道交通项目环境影响分析工作的效率。Urban rail transit project has active role on promoting city development, moreover, it also has a series influences on environment. In order to exactly evaluate the influence of urban rail transit project on environment, 3 dimensions including full life cycle process, project engineering activities and environment influence factors were considered. Through taking 2-grade refinement for the three-dimensional index and combining with expert scoring model, the three-dimensional effective combination analysis on environment influence was provided for urban rail transit project, so as to reduce unnecessary works of environment influence analysis and increase theworking efficiency of environment influence analysis on the project.
