摘　　要：针对我国铁路自轮运转设备在施工安全管理方面的需求,研究开发了自轮运转设备施工安全监控系统。该系统由基准站子系统、车载移动站子系统和应用软件子系统构成,实现对铁路自轮运转设备的动态跟踪、监控、防碰撞报警等功能,以及施工计划的制订与审核、作业过程管理、数据统计分析、报表自动生成等。该系统在铁路局、企业铁路和港口等实施应用,取得良好效果。Targeting with the demand of Chinese railway self-rolling equipments on aspect of construction safety management, the construction safety supervision system of self-rolling equipments was researched and developed. The system was composed with the subsystem of reference station, the subsystem of car-load mobile station and the subsystem of application software. The system could realize the functions for railway self-rolling equipments, such as dynamic tracing, monitoring and anti-collision alarming, and could also realize the drawing up and examination of construction program, the operation process management, data statistics and analysis and report automatic generation, etc. The system was implemented in railway administrations, industrial railways and ports and achieved sound effects.
