摘 要:针对农机制造企业质量管理和控制中存在的问题,结合质量检验理论、统计过程控制理论和计算机信息技术,分析了农机制造企业的质量管理业务流程、系统的功能模块结构,建立了系统的体系架构,设计并开发了农机制造企业质量控制系统。系统的实现构建了农机制造企业生产过程的质量信息采集、统计、监控的软硬件平台,保证了质量采集数据的准确性和质量统计结果的及时性,实现了重要质量特性的实时质量监控,提高了企业质量管理效率,降低了企业的质量损失。In order to solve the problem of quality management and control for Agricultural Machinery manufacturing enterprises,a quality control system was designed and developed based on quality inspection theory,statistical process control theory and computer information technology.Quality management business processes and the function modules of system were analyzed and the architecture of system was established.The hardware and software platforms of quality information collection,statistics and monitoring for Agricultural Machinery manufacturing enterprises were set up.The platforms greatly can improve the accuracy of quality datum and the timeliness of statistical result.The efficiency of quality management is also increased while the quality loss of enterprises is reduced.
