摘 要:柠条收割机中间变速箱壳体的静动态特性直接影响其结构强度和刚度。根据壳体的结构和受力特点,利用AN-SYS软件建立了变速箱壳体的静动力学模型,得到了壳体危险点处的应力应变值。在静力学计算分析的基础上,进行了壳体底端面零位移约束的模态分析,得到了壳体前6阶模态固有频率及相应的振型,最后根据分析结果,提出对壳体的改进意见,以达到变速箱减振降噪的目的。The dynamic and equilibrium characteristic of the caragana microphylla middle gear-houing has a direct effect on its intensity and rigidity.According to its structure and mechanical characteristics,the model is established by the ANSYS and the displacement and stress distribution value are obtained.Based on the static analysis of the gear-housing,using the software gets its restrict model of pulsing zero displacement on the button surface of the housing.The top six nature frequencies and its mode of vibration are obtained.At last,a modified modal is proposed by the result,the contrastive study indicated that gear-housing made by the material of aluminum is available.So,it is available to reduce the noise.
