摘 要:以朴树1年生幼苗为试验材料,研究淹水胁迫对朴树幼苗形态以及生理生化指标的影响。结果表明,淹水胁迫对朴树幼苗的高生长有抑制作用,而对其地径的增长和不定根的形成具有促进作用;净光合速率受气孔因素影响呈现出先快速下降随后有所上升最后逐渐下降的趋势;整个淹水处理过程中未出现死亡现象,叶形比CK组更圆润,在处理中后期,下部叶片变黄脱落,叶片相对电导率呈先上升后下降的趋势;SOD活性始终保持在较高的水平,POD活性总体呈下降趋势;丙二醛(MDA)含量随淹水时间的持续呈缓慢上升的趋势。因此初步认为朴树幼苗具有一定的抗淹水能力,为较耐水湿树种,可以在地下水位过高和轻度淹水胁迫地区培育,而长期的淹水也会使其受到一定的伤害。Morphological and physiological indicators of 1 -year-old seedlings of Celtis sinensis were investigated in this waterlogging experiment. The resuhs showed, under waterlogging stress, hight growth was inhibited, while basal diameter growth and adventitious root formation was promoted. The net photosynthetic rate, affected by stomatal conductance, showed a rapid decrease followed by an increase in the last gradual downward trend. Waterlogged seedlings did not appear to death. Leaf shape, Compared with CK, was more rounded. Leaf relative conductivity firstly increased and then decreased. SOD activity generally maintained at a high level, while POD activity showed a downward trend. MDA continued to rise slowly over time. Therefore, Celtis sinensis seedlings have a certain degree of anti-waterlogging capacity and could be planted in high ground water level and moderate flooding stress area. However, long-term waterlogging would also make them subject to certain injuries.
