类水滑石载体制备及在植物细胞中荧光成像

摘  要:以硝酸镁、硝酸铝、氯化铕和三磷酸腺苷为原料,在甲醇溶剂中合成层板含可发红色荧光的金属铕离子和层板间含三磷酸腺苷生物分子的类水滑石。通过X射线粉末衍射、红外光谱、差热扫描量热分析、元素分析、扫描电镜,对所合成的类水滑石组成和结构进行了分析和表征。实验证实所合成的含铕离子和三磷酸腺苷的类水滑石可通过细胞内吞作用进入石蒜叶片细胞,并在紫外光照射下使植物细胞呈红色。Hydrotalcite-like layered compound, in which Eu ions that can emit ted fluorescence are in layer boards and triphosadenine molecules are in interlayer space, has been prepared using magnesium nitrate, aluminium nitrate, europium chloride and triphosadenine as the starting materials. The structure and the chemical composition of the prepared hydrotalcite-like layered compound were characterized and analyzed with X-ray, IR, DSC, elementary analyses and SEM. Experimental results confirmed that the hydrotaleite-like compound containing Eu ions could be transported into the leave cell of lycoris radiate through endocytosis as the carrier of triphosadenine molecules, and make the plant cell emit the red fluorescence under UV irradiation.
