摘  要:将盐藻分别接于NaCl质量浓度为40、80、120、160、200g/L的培养液中,置光照培养箱中培养,分析盐藻过氧化氢酶对盐的适应性及其与物质积累的关系。结果表明,在NaCl质量浓度为40~120g/L和120~200g/L的范围内,盐藻过氧化氢酶活性与NaCl质量浓度分别具有正负相关性;在盐度为120g/L时,盐藻过氧化氢酶活性最高。盐藻过氧化氢酶是一种高盐适应酶,活性与盐藻细胞密度、叶绿素形成和蛋白质积累呈正相关关系。在盐藻过氧化氢酶活性最高时,盐藻物质积累量最多。Alga Dunaliella salina was cultured in light incubator at a salimty ot 40, go, tzo, lbu, ana/.uu to evaluate the relationship between adaptability of catalase (CAT) to salinity and the substance accumulation in the alga. The results showed that the CAT activity was found to be positive correlation within salinity from 40 to 120, but negative correlation with salinity from 120 to 200, with the maximal CAT activity at a salinity of 120. It has been proved that the CAT is a kind of enzymes which can adapt well to NaC1 stress in D. salina. The relationship of the CAT activity and cell density, chlorophyll formation, and accumulation of protein was found to be positive, and the substance accumulation peak was observed in the alga which showed the maximal CAT activity.
