金刚石化学镀镍工艺与镀液寿命的研究

摘　　要：除油、粗化、敏化、活化等前处理过程为金刚石表面化学镀镍奠定了坚实的基础。以镀速、镀层的结合力、镀液的稳定性为评价指标,通过正交实验优选了最佳工艺配方。定期补加、间隔取液法能有效地提高镀液的稳定性,延长镀液的寿命。The pretreatment process,including degreasing,roughening,sensitization,activation,etc.,lays a solid foundation for electroless nickel plating on diamond.An optimal formula was obtained through orthogonal experiment with deposition rate,coating binding force and bath stability as evaluation index.The bath stability and life can be effectively improved through bath periodic making up and interval taking out.
