摘  要:由于我国气象条件复杂,输电线路极其容易覆冰。输电线路的融冰方法众多,但是仅有少数方法在一定范围内得到工程的实际运用。其于覆冰的临界条件、融冰时间和覆冰临界电流的计算方法;通过与机械除冰法、被动除冰法的比较,说明热力融冰法仍是目前解决输电线路覆冰的最好方法。阐述了交直流融冰法的原理、适用范围及运行效果。重点介绍将基于SVC的直流融冰策略和基于GPRS的输电线路在线监测装置相结合的完善化融冰方案,在非融冰期能提升SVC的使用效率,且能及时准确地掌握输电线路覆冰情况,为电网生产和运行提供决策依据,是未来的发展方向。Due to the complex meteorological conditions in China,the transmission lines are extremely easy to ice.Although there are many icemelting methods of transmission lines,only a few of them are put into the practical application of engineering within a certain range.This paper discusses the calculation of icing critical conditions,ice-melting time and ice-coating critical current.And by comparison between mechanical ice-melting method and passive ice-melting method,it is showed that thermal ice-melting method remains the best way to solve the icing on transmission lines.The paper explains the principle of AC and DC ice-melting methods,applicable scope and operation results.It is highlighted the perfect ice-melting solution,which combines the DC ice-melting strategy based on SVC and the on-line monitoring devices based on GPRS.The solution could raise efficiency of SVC in the non-melting icing periods and timely and accurately grasp transmission line icing conditions.It also provide the decision basis for the production and operation of power grid and the future direction of grid's development.
