摘 要:作为一种电能转换装置,逆变电源的基本工作原理是通过功率开关器件的开通和关断作用,把直流电能转化成交流电能。研究了基于DSP的数字控制正弦波逆变电源的电路拓扑结构、以及TMS320LF2407DSP的程序设计方法,对系统硬件设计及软件设计做了深入的分析。针对单极性SPWM调制法的过零点振荡的问题,对单极性SPWM调制法进行了改进,并对调制方法进行了实验验证。研究了逆变电源控制系统硬件电路的参数设计,包括直流/交流电压采样电路的设计,交流电压采样电路的设计,推挽正激电路和全桥逆变电路中功率开关器件的驱动电路设计,逆变电源的输入过压/输出过流保护,以及控制系统中的辅助电源参数设计。实验表明,设计方案成熟可靠,具有很高的实际应用价值。As an energy conversion device,the inverter power source in the basic working principle is able to turn DC into AC electrical energy by means of the turning-on/-off function of the power switching device the DC electrical energy into electrical energy.The authors have studied the circuit topology structure based on the DSP digital control sine wave inverter power source and the programming method of TMS320LF2407 DSP,and made in-depth analysis on system hardware and software designs.For the problem of over-zero oscillation in the unipolar SPWM modulation method,they have improved the method,and conducted the experimental verification for its modulation method.Besides,the authors have also studies the parameter designs of the inverter power source control system hardware circuits,including AC /DC voltage sampling circuit design,AC voltage sampling circuit design,push-pull forward circuit and drive circuit design for the power switching device in the full-bridge inverter circuit,power inverter input over-voltage /output over-current protection,and parameters design for the auxiliary power supply in the control system.The Experiments show that this design scheme is mature and reliable,and has very high practical application value.
