摘 要:针对电力系统无功优化问题由单目标优化向多目标优化的转变中传统优化方法存在一些不足的情况,引入了NSGA-Ⅱ算法协调各目标函数之间的关系,找出能使各目标函数较大的pareto最优解集,建立了以最小化无功补偿设备投资运行成本、系统网损最小为目标的优化模型。IEEE39节点系统算例的仿真表明,此方法能够较方便地从几个较优解中找到符合各优化目标的全局最优解,并可以有效改善电能质量,满足经济性和可靠性要求。Aiming at the disadvantages of the traditional optimization in the transformation from single objective to multi objectives, this paper brings in NSGA - II to coordinate the relation between objective functions, by which finds the optimal solution set and establishes the optimization model targeting at minimum reactive power compensa- tion to apparatus' s investment and operation cost and minimum network loss. The simulation by IEEE39 node sys- tem shows that by this method, the global optimal solution which fits in with the optimization objectives is able to be selected among the solution set and the power quality improved at the same time, which meets the requirement of e- conomy and reliability.
