“民生体育”视域下高校体育资源服务社区体育发展的研究

摘　　要：以黑龙江省76所高校及周边社区作为总体研究对象,从物质层面、制度层面、行为层面、精神层面对影响社区体育发展的因素进行分析.发现社区体育发展良莠不齐,社区体育指导员、管理者缺乏,场馆设施严重不足、运动项目单一、管理无序等极大地限制了社区体育的有序健康发展.与之相对照,高校体育发展在场馆设施建设、师资配备等方面都得到政府的大力支持.分析了影响社区体育发展的各种因素,深入探究高校体育服务于社区体育的可行性,提出高校体育资源服务于社区体育的对策,为民生体育的健康有序发展提供理论保障和技术支持.Based on the 76 colleges and universities in Heilongjiang province and the surrounding community as the research object,put material level,system level,behavioral level and spirit level as analytical factors.The good and bad development of community sports are intermingled,lack of community sports instructors and management,shortage of venue and facilities,single of sports and management disorder which limits the orderly and healthy development of community sports.Construction of venue and facilities,staffing of teachers in colleges and universities are supported by government.Analyzed the factors which influence the development of community sports,explored and put forward the feasibility and countermeasures of the colleges and universities sports resources in the service of community sports,which provides the theoretical guarantee and intellectual support for the healthy and orderly development of the people’s livelihood sport.
