摘　　要：介绍了公安部应用创新计划项目"汶川地震灾区过渡安置点消防安全研究"成果的主要创新点,提出灾区过渡安置工作是涉及各种复杂因素的系统工程。评估了该项目研究成果推动行业科技进步的作用以及在汶川、玉树和芦山地震灾区应用成果所取得的经济效益、生态环境效益和社会效益。The main innovation of the project of application and innovation of MPS 'Fire safety study of Wenchuan Earthquake transitional resettlement' was introduced.Proposed that the transitional resettlement of disaster area is a systems engineering related to many complicated factors.The effect of the project result promoting the fire safety technology and the economic,eco-efficiency,and social benefit of using it at Wenchuan,Yushu and Lushan earthquake disaster area were assessed.
