摘 要:电网科研企业目前还是以自主研发为主,但企业与企业之间的交流也愈发频繁,促使合作研发效率也在不断提高。合作研发能够互补长短,资源利用效率更高,也将成为未来的重要研发策略。研发项目具有不确定性、不可逆性和竞争性的特点,本文结合这些特性,应用博弈理论,对两个企业在自主研发与合作研发的博弈问题提出了均衡分析的解决办法。此外,针对电网企业专利价值难以体现的问题,本文结合了实物期权理论,研究了专利进入技术市场进行交易的时机问题,顺利实现电网企业专利的增值。Along with the market economy continuously go further, the enterprise must actively develop new products, new technology and new technology to establish continuous competitive and grasp the initiative of competition. Grid research enterprise at present mainly prior to independ- ent research and development, but the communication between enterprise and enterprise also increase frequently and make cooperative R&D effi- ciency continuously improve. Cooperative R&D strategy will become important in the future development strategy, which can complementary length and short and improve resource utilization efficiency. Research and development project has the uncertainty, irreversihility and competitive characteristics. In this paper it will base on these characteristics and in the application of game theory to solve game problem when the two enter- prises choose the independent research and cooperation research strategy by equilibrium analysis solution. In addition, the problems of the grid en- terprise patent value is difficult to reflect, this paper combines the real options theory, study decision problem when to make the patent into techni- cal market transaction, smoothly realize the value of the power grid enterprise patent.
