循时经络推按配合治疗冠心病心绞痛患者的效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察循时经络推按配合治疗冠心病心绞痛患者的临床疗效。方法将102例冠心病心绞痛患者随机分为循时经络推按组53例、经络推按组49例。两组均选取以手厥阴心包经为主脉、配以相应经脉推按;循时经络推按组在戌时(19:00—21:00)推按手厥阴心包经,脾气虚为主者巳时(9:00—11:00)配按足太阴脾经;心气虚为主者午时(11:00—12:00)配按手少阴心经;肾气虚为主者酉时(17:00—19:00)配按足少阴肾经;经络推按组早、晚推按。2周为1个疗程,3个疗程结束时对治疗后心电图、中医症状改善及心绞痛发作频次、持续时间进行评价。结果治疗后循时经络推按组心电图改变及中医症状评分优于经络推按组(P<0.05或P<0.01),心绞痛发作频次、持续时间均低于经络推按组。结论循时经络推按配合治疗冠心病心绞痛,能有效缓解心绞痛临床症状,改善心电图缺血性改变,临床疗效进一步提高,为中医护理技术提供新的护理手段。Objective To observe the effect of meridian push and press in different time on patients with angina. Methods A total of 102 patients with coronary heart disease were randomly divided into control group in which meridian push and press was conducted and experiment group in which meridian push press was conducted in different time. The hand-jueyin pericardium meridian was taken as the main pulse in both groups and meridian push and press was combined. Patients in experiment group received meridian push and press in different time while those in control group in the morning and evening respectively. There were three courses of treatment and each course of the treatment lasted for two weeks. Evaluations on electrocardiogram, TCM symptom improvement, and the frequency and lasting time of angina attack were carried out. Results The electrocardiogram and scores of TCM symptom improvement were higher in experiment group than those in control group （P〈0.05 or P〈0.01） and there was less frequency and shorter lasting time of angina attack. Conclusion Meridian push and press in different time is effective for the alleviation of angina attack and could be functioned as a new nursing approach for TCM nursing.
