五音调式在核磁共振成像检查病人中的应用

摘　　要：[目的]探讨五音调式在核磁共振成像(MRI)检查病人中的应用。[方法]将100例接受MRI检查病人随机分为观察组和对照组各50例,对照组采用常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上采用五音调式进行心理观察。两组病人检查前及检查后均采用汉密尔顿焦虑表(HAMA)评价焦虑状况并测量血压、心率。[结果]两组病人检查后HAMA评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组病人检查后HAMA评分、血压、心率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]五音调式可以减轻MRI检查病人焦虑状况,稳定血压、心率,有利于病人成功完成MRI检查。Objective：To probe into application of five-tone type for patients receiving magnetic resonance imaging.Methods： A total of 100 cases of patients receiving magnetic resonance imaging were randomly divided into observation group and control group,50 cases in each,control group patients used traditional care,besides that psychological observation was carried out for observation group patients with five-tone type.The anxiety of patients was evaluated and their blood pressure and heart rate were measured in two groups with the Hamilton Anxiety Scale（HAMA） before and after checking.Results：There was not statistically significant difference in HAMA score of patients before examination between two groups（P〉0.05）;HAMA score,blood pressure and heart rate of patients in observation group before the examination were lower than that of control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Five-tone type can relieve anxiety of the patients,stabilize blood pressure,heart rate and help patients successfully complete the MRI.
