老年2型糖尿病应用二甲双胍联合瑞格列奈治疗的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察分析二甲双胍联用瑞格列奈对老年2型糖尿病患者的临床效果。方法:选择本院96例老年2型糖尿病患者作为研究对象,随机分成三组,每组32例,所有患者在接受治疗期间同时给予饮食控制和运动治疗,Ⅰ组患者单独口服瑞格列奈片,Ⅱ组患者单独服用盐酸二甲双胍片,Ⅲ组患者则选择联合治疗,即二甲双胍联合瑞格列奈,疗程均为60d,比较治疗前后对各组血糖、糖化血红蛋白指标,观察用药过程中的不良反应。结果:检测结果显示三组用药后的空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖以及糖化血红蛋白均低于治疗前(P<0.05)。Ⅲ组空腹血糖及糖化血红蛋白水平明显低于I、Ⅱ组(P<0.05),餐后2h血糖明显低于Ⅱ组(P<0.05)。三组不良反应比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:二甲双胍联合瑞格列奈治疗糖尿病的效果明显,无严重不良反应,适合老年糖尿病患者的治疗。Objective： To study clinical effects of metformin with repaglinide in elderly patients with type 2 diabetes. Method： Selected 96 cases of elderly patients with type 2 diabetes in our hospital as the research object, they were randomly divided into three groups, each group was 32 cases, and all patients were given diet and exercise therapies at the same time during treatment. Ⅰ group of patients took repaglinide alone, Ⅱ group of patients took metformin hydrochloride alone, and Ⅲ group of patients choosed metformin combined with repaglinide, and all groups were a course of 60 days, and compared blood sugar, glycosylated hemoglobin before and after treatment in each group to observe drug adverse reactions in the process of using drug. Result： Test results showed after medication three groups of empty stomach blood sugar, 2 h postprandial blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin were lower than before treatment （ P〈0.05 ） . Ⅲ group of empty stomach blood sugarr and glycated hemoglobin level were significantly lower than that in group Ⅰ, Ⅱ （ P〈0.05 ）, and 2 h postprandial blood glucose was significantly lower than Ⅱ group （ P〈0.05 ） .Compared with adverse reactions of three groups, there was no statistical significance （P〉0.05） . Conclusion： Metformin and repaglinide treat diabetes have an obviously effect with no serious adverse reactions, and is suitable for the treatment of elderly patients with diabetes.
