摘　　要：我国新出台的网络信息保护决定中设置了两个权利本位,分别保护信息发布者和信息涉及者的权利。本文以网络反腐信息为考察对象,具体分析了这两个权利本位之间明显的冲突之处,并就如何平衡这两个权利本位提出了个人见解。This paper thinks, the decision of online information protection of China sets two right standards, the information release and the information involved all be protected. The author takes an object of study of the information about internet anti-corruption, analyses the apparent conflict between the two rights detailed, and puts forward some personal opinions on how to balance these two rights.
