摘 要:通过文献回顾及实地调研发现,传统项目挣值管理方法是从整体角度出发来对进度绩效进行评价的,而且其还没有区分挣值是来自关键路径活动还是非关键路径活动。传统项目挣值管理方法是建立在项目完工时间不变这一假设条件之上的,这直接导致在运用此方法对项目进度和成本绩效进行评价时,容易造成进度和成本绩效监测结果与实际不符的情况出现。本文通过实例分析了传统项目挣值管理方法存在的缺陷和弊端,并给出了基于活动和关键路径视角的项目绩效评价的改进方法。最后,引入案例对本文所构建的改进方法的效度进行了应用验证。Abstract:Through literature review and field research, we found that the traditional project earned value method is based on overall angle to evaluate project schedule performance. Meanwhile, this method also doesn' t distinguish the earned value which is from critical path activities or non-critical path activities. Traditional project earned value method is based on the assumption of constant project completion time. When using traditional project earned value method to evaluate project schedule performance and cost performance, easy to cause discrepancy appearance between the schedule and cost performance monitoring results and the practical results. In this paper, analyzed the defects of traditional project earned value method through actual examples, and put forward an improved project performance evaluation method based on activities and key path perspectives. Finally, we introduced a case to verify the validity of improved method. Key words : earned value ; performance evaluation ; key path ; improved method
