摘　　要：电信计费准确性一直是电信消费过程中的焦点问题,本文主要通过对移动电话网在用局用交换设备计费检测的论述,对检测移动网在用局用交换设备计费技术性能的话单比对中发现的问题进行描述分析。Telecommunication billing accuracy has been the focus of the telecommunication customer concern. The paper mainly studies the test for charging of central office switching equipment in mobile phone network, describes and analyzes the problems which has been discovered through com paring billing record of testing charging technical performance.
