摘 要:《中国植物志》将铁皮石斛(Dendrobium officinale)、霍山石斛(D.huoshanense)、细茎石斛(D.moniliforme)和黄石斛(D.tosaense)处理为4个独立的种,但《Flora of China》却将铁皮石斛(D.officinale)、霍山石斛(D.huoshanense)和D.tosaense处理为黄石斛(D.catenatum)的异名。通过对以上4种石斛的ITS、Nad intron2和psbA-trnH三段DNA序列分析发现,铁皮石斛和黄石斛在ITS、Nad intron2的碱基差异较小,仅在psbA-trnH上有一段碱基序列的缺失;霍山石斛与铁皮石斛、黄石斛在ITS、Nad intron2和psbA-trnH序列上都有明显的碱基差异,但与细茎石斛没有明显的碱基差异。遗传距离计算结果表明,霍山石斛和细茎石斛之间的遗传距离比霍山石斛和铁皮石斛、黄石斛之间的遗传距离小,因此认为霍山石斛应该处理为细茎石斛的异名。Flora Republicae Popularis Sinicae (Vol.19) described Dendrobium officinale, D.moniliforme,D.huoshanense and D. tosaense as the four independent species. However, in Flora of China (2009 edition), D.officinale, D.huoshanense and D.tosaense was the synonym of D.catenatum. In this paper, the sequences of ITS, Nad intron2 and psbA -trnH of the above four Dendrobium species were analysed, the results show that there was little variance of base sequences between D. officinale and D.tosaense in ITS ,Nad intron2, and psbA-trnH. There were significant differences between D.huoshanense and D.officinale or D.tosaense in ITS, Nad intron2 and psbA -trnH, but little differences between D.huoshanense and D.moniliforme. Their genetic distance between D.moniliforme and D.huoshanense was smaller than that between D.huoshanense and D.tosaense. The above results suggested that D.huoshanense should be the synonym of D. moniliforme.
