摘  要:为解决传统甘蔗地深松功耗大、作业成本高等问题,在研究分析传统国内外耕整地联合作业机的基础上,研制出可与大型轮式拖拉机相配套的1SG-230型甘蔗地深松旋耕联合作业机。该机具通过在一般旋耕机前增加一组深松装置,一次作业能够同时完成深松和旋耕作业。结果表明:深松深度比一般铧犁深耕约深5 cm,作业效率提高约40%,而单位面积燃油消耗量相对增加不大,旋耕作业质量也能保证,可节能降低作业成本。In order to solve problems of high power consumption and high operation cost of traditional ripping of sugarcane fields, a 1SG-230 typed sugarcane ripper cum rotary tiller was designed for large wheel-typed tractor on the basis of studying on traditional land preparation combined operation implement. The implement was capable of accomplishing ripping and rotary tillage in one pass by adding a ripping unit at the front of a usual rotary tiller. Field experiments showed that compared with a usual furrow plough, its tillage depth was 5 cm deeper and operation efficiency increased by 40%, while the increase in fuel consumption per unit area was relatively slight and rotary operation quality was guaranteed at the same time. The implement could save energy and reduce operation cost.
