珠海市农业科技园区存在问题分析

摘　　要：农业科技园区是高新农业技术的"集中营",在推进现代农业发展中具有显著作用。通过走访和座谈等形式,对珠海市农业科技园区进行调研,分析存在问题,以期为农业科技园区的可持续发展提供理论基础。调查结果显示,由于发展历史短,建设经验缺乏,珠海市农业科技园区的发展后继力量不足,限制园区发展的问题日益凸显。经分析,目前珠海市农业科技园区在发展建设过程中出现的问题主要有三方面:一是农业科技人才数量不足,总体科技水平有待提高;二是缺乏科技自主创新,示范推广能力有待加强;三是管理水平低,缺乏完善的现代化管理体制。Agricultural technology garden is the concentration camp of agricultural high-tech, and it play an important role in the development of modern agriculture. In order to provide theoretical basis for sustainable development of Zhuhai agricultural technology garden, existing problems were studied by the way of visits and discussion in this paper. The investigation result showed that, due to short development history and lack of construction experience, the development of Zhuhai agricultural technology garden lacked development stamina, and the problems that restricted its development were prominent day by day. The results showed that the problems of Zhuhai agricultural technology garden were as follow： lack of agricultural talent and the low technical level of agriculture labors, weak innovation and extension ability of agricultural technology, low management level and lack of modernization management system.
