农村劳动力非农就业的演化博弈分析——基于村庄视角

摘　　要：随着工业化的发展和城市化进程的深入,我国农村劳动力非农就业水平也有了很大的提升,但是基于村庄视角对农村劳动力非农就业方面的研究还鲜有报道。通过运用演化博弈的研究方法,重点考虑村庄的资源禀赋对农村劳动力非农就业的影响,从村庄角度深入研究我国农村劳动力非农就业演变过程和均衡状态。结果表明,一个村庄农村劳动力非农就业的比例与非农收入成正比,与人均农业收入水平成反比。With the development of industrialization and urbanization process in depth,the process of China＇s non-agricultural rural employment also had made a big advance, but there were few researches of non-agricultural rural employment based on the view of village. Focusing on the factor of village resources endowment, this paper based on the view of village to study the evolution process and the equilibrium state of Chinese non-agricultural rural employment. The results showed that the proportion of the village non-agricultural rural employment was proportional to non-agricultural income level, while had an inverse relationship with the level of per capita agricultural income.
