浅析生态居住社区的发展

摘　　要：生态居住社区(Ecological Residential Community)的概念在不同的发展阶段有着不同的侧重点。生态居住社区评价指标是测量可持续社区建设水平的工具,如英国的BREEAM-ECOHOMES,美国的LEED-ND,中国的《中国生态住区技术评估手册》和《绿色建筑评价标准》。文章概述了国内外生态居住社区的发展情况和目前生态居住社区的设计要点,选取目前世界上较先进的几个生态城市案例,包括怀特岛生态社区(Isle of Wight),珍宝岛生态城区(Treasure Island,San Francisco Bay),对其环境特征和采用生态策略的侧重点进行了分析总结。The concept of Ecological Residential Community has different emphases in different development phases. The evaluation index of ecological residential community is the tool to measure the construction level of sustainable community, for example, BREEAM-ECOHOMES of the UK, LEED-ND of the U.S. and Technical Appraisal Handbook of Chinese Ecological Residences and Evaluation Standard for Green Buildings of China. The thesis summarizes the development situation of domestic and abroad ecological residential community and design keys of current ecological residential communities and selects the cases of several advanced ecological cities in the world, including Isle of Wight eco-community and Treasure Island （San Francisco Bay） coo-community to analyze and summarize their environmental characteristics and emphases of adopted ecological strategies.
