摘　　要：文章引入SWOT分析方法,列出保障性住房建设引入建筑工业化理念的优势和劣势、面临的机遇和挑战,致力于寻求完善我国保障性住房建设的更好途径。The thesis introduces SWOT analytical methods to list the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of the introduction of building industrialization into welfare-oriented housing construction and strives to seek for better approaches to perfect Chinese welfare-oriented housing construction.
