摘　　要：结合统计数据,对我国农村住宅的现状进行分析。分析我国不同农村地区的采暖现状特点和空调现状,简要计算了农村地区使用分体式空调的能耗。介绍生物质能、太阳能和干空气能目前在农村地区的应用现状,为我国农村地区的采暖空调研究打下基础。In combination with statistical data, the thesis analyzes the current status of rural residences of China and current characteristics of heating and air conditioners in different rural areas of China and briefly computes energy consumption of split-type air conditioners in rural areas; also, introduces the application status of biomass energy, solar energy and dry air energy in rural areas to set a stable foundation for the researches on heating and air conditioners in rural areas of China.
