摘　　要：目的了解广州市黄埔区托幼机构消毒工作质量,改进消毒工作的薄弱环节,提高消毒质量,减少传染性疾病的发生。方法采用现场抽检方法,对托幼机构的室内空气、玩具、物体表面、幼儿和教师手的卫生状况进行检测。结果 2004-2012年间共采集上述样品3 134份,合格率为81.88%。大、中、小型托幼机构的样品合格率分别为83.22%、80.21%、74.07%,合格率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。空气、玩具、物体表面、幼儿和教师手的样品合格率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),合格率分别为96.79%、90.53%、77.54%、67.80%。省级、市级、区级、未评级托幼机构消毒监测样品总合格率之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),合格率分别为95.03%、88.60%、87.87%、77.76%。结论重点要加强小型托幼机构和未评级托幼机构的消毒知识培训和技术指导,特别是要提高物体表面和手消毒合格率。Objective To investigate the quality of disinfection in kindergartens in Huangpu District of Guangzhou so as to improve the weak links in disinfection work,increase disinfection level and reduce the incidence of infectious diseases.Methods On-the-spot selective examination methods were used to test the qualities of disinfection of indoor air,toys,surfaces and hands of children and teachers.Results A total of 3,134 above-mentioned samples were detected from 2004 to 2012,and the total qualified rate of disinfection was 81.88%.The qualified rates for large,medium,and small kindergartens were 83.22%,80.21%,and 74.07% respectively,and the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.There were statistically significant differences in qualified rates for air（96.79%）,toys（90.53%）,surfaces（77.54%） and hands of children and teachers（67.80%）,（P〈0.05）.The total qualified rates of samples from provincial,municipal,district,and nonrated kindergartens were 95.03%,88.60%,87.87%,and 77.76% respectively,and the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusions More attention should be paid to strengthening disinfection knowledge training and technical guidance in small and nonrated kindergartens,particularly to improving the disinfection qualified rates of surfaces and hands.
