摘　　要：目的评价某烤瓷牙制作项目存在的职业病危害种类和控制效果。方法对该烤瓷牙制作项目生产车间进行现场职业卫生学调查,对主要职业病危害因素进行检测,结合相应的职业卫生工程防护措施进行评价,对接触职业病危害因素人员的职业健康监护情况进行检查。结果该项目总体布局、职业病危害防护设施、卫生辅助用室等均符合国家相关要求;存在或产生的主要职业病危害因素为噪声、粉尘、金属毒物,其中粉尘、毒物空气浓度符合国家卫生标准,噪声合格率89.7%;个人防护用品发放和职业卫生管理制度还存在不完善的地方。结论该项目职业病危害控制效果基本符合职业卫生相关要求,职业病危害因素的防护措施可行、有效。Objective To assess the control effect of occupational hazards in a porcelain teeth production project.Methods The control effect of occupational hazards was analyzed by a hybrid method of field investigation,test of occupational hazardous factors at workplace and occupational health surveillance.Results The overall layout,occupational hazards protection facilities,auxiliary rooms of health of the project were in line with national requirements.Air concentrations of dust and toxicant met national health standards and the noise passing rate was 89.7%.Individual protective articles offering and occupational health management system were still imperfect.Conclusions The control effect of occupational hazards in the project basically meets the requirements of occupational health;moreover,the occupational hazards protection measures are feasible and effective.
