摘 要:为揭示南荻同源四倍体的光合生理特性,以二倍体为对照,研究了盆栽条件下南荻同源四倍体生长过程中光合作用参数、地上部鲜重和干重的变化。结果表明:在整个生育期南荻同源四倍体的净光合速率、气孔导度和蒸腾速率均呈先增加后减少的单峰曲线变化,胞间CO2浓度呈先升高后降低再升高的趋势,其光合特性优于二倍体。南荻同源四倍体植株地上部鲜重随生育期推进呈先增加后降低的趋势。与生长初期相比,南荻同源四倍体收获期植株地上部干物质量显著增加。南荻同源四倍体生长生理特性优于二倍体。相关分析表明:在整个生育期南荻同源四倍体净光合速率与气孔导度之间正相关极显著;在生育后期南荻同源四倍体净光合速率与胞间CO2浓度负相关极显著。表明不同生长时期影响南荻同源四倍体光合作用的参数不同,南荻同源四倍体生长生理与其光合特性密切相关。In order to reveal the photosynthetic characteristics of Autotetraploid of Triarrhena lutarioriparia L. Liu, the photosynthetic parameters and the top fresh weight, the top dry weight were determined under potted conditions with Dip- loid of Triarrhena lutarioriparia L. Liu were used as control. The results showed that net photosynthetic rate, stomatal con- ductance and transpiration rate in leaves of Triarrhena lutarioriparia L. Liu Autotetraploid showed the increase - decrease trend, while intercellular CO2 concentration showed the trend of increase - decrease - increase along with its growth stage. Triarrhena lutarioriparia L. Liu Autotetraploid had the advantage of photosynthetic characteristics compared with Triarrhena lutarioriparia L. Liu Diploid. The top fresh weight of Triarrhena lutarioriparia L. Liu Autotetraploid was initially increased and then decreased with its growth stage. The top dry matter in the stalk at harvest stage was significantly increased com- paerd with early growth stage,. Compared with Diploid of Triarrhena lutarioriparia L. Liu, Autotetraploid of Triarrhena lu- tarioriparia L. Liu had the advantage of growth and physiological characteristics. Correlation analysis showed that signifi- cantly positive correlation existed between net photosynthetic rate and stomatal conductance during the whole growth stage, significantly negative correlation existed between net photosynthetic rate and intercellular C02 concentration at late growth stage. It suggested that the impact photosynthetic parameters of Triarrhena lutarioriparia L. Liu Autotetraploid were differ-ent at different stages, and its physiological growth closely correlated with photosynthetic characteristics in Triarrhena lu-tarioriparia L. Liu A utotetraploid.
